Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form will be sent to your email for easy printing.
Package Your Jewelry
Securely place the items in their original Deville Jewelry box and include the return authorization form inside the shipping carton.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
